The condo was very well represented. No surprises! Kids loved it. My husband and I were very comfortable. Gettting a good night sleep was great, because we needed it for all the fresh air and actitivies we did.

Quite modern and cozy

We liked the place very much. It looks very spacy with a plenty of sq.m for a family of 4-5. We liked modern design. Kids liked the sofa:) as it was very soft and cozy. Real-wood fireplace is also giving extra-value. It is also well-located - in a quiet area not that far from resort (10min drive). It is good not to stay in a noisy downtown resort place but a bit far - it gives extra feeling of the rest and nature. There is a store (Safeway) right near Meadow Ridge) what is very convenient. Thank you!

Execellent checking procedure. The condo was very comfortable, we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We cooked every night just like home. The funiture was comfortable after full-days of skiing. Accommodation...nice and cozy. Liked the shuttle bus stop near by. WP Lodging personnel took care of our TV cable issue very quickly...the Winter Olympics were on. We are looking forward to next year and plan to checkout availability of this same condo. Thanks WP Lodging for a very pleasent experience.

Hip Unit With Great Location

First thing's first: Winter Park Lodging Company is hands-down the best way to go in Winter Park. Their service, attitude and attention to the minutiae of property rental is second-to-none! I must have been contacted half a dozen times prior to, during and after my stay to ensure that I was happy with my experience. Very professional. The unit is older (early 80's?), but has updated decor and is very easy to access, meaning you don't have to wind thru an endless complex to reach it. Approximately 10 minutes from the slopes of Winter Park, it is located about one mile behind the Safeway supermarket (convenience!). The unit served us well: comfy beds, good water pressure and adequate kitchen supplies. The kitchen and baths are still original, but everything works well and is in decent order. No Hilton panache, but I would certainly be proud to own it. The living room, dining area and master are updated nicely and all have a wonderful view of the mountains. And there's a fireplace stove that cranks out a lot of heat once dialed in -perfect for apres ski chillaxin on the sectional. We hope to be back next year!

i was first of all very impressed with the professionalism of the management company that helped me. not only were they timely and accurate, but they checked in with me before, during and after the stay to make sure everything was ok. the place itself was great. it had everything we needed, it was decorated nicely, it was spacious, it had a great clubhouse with 2 hot tubs and a warm pool. i would definitely stay there again.

We had two families stay in this unit; four kids total (ages 5, 4, 1 and 1), and it worked out great. It's highly recommended for families with kids. Stocked with toys, porta-crib & booster seat so you don't have to haul that stuff around. Close to the clubhouse (pool and hot-tub).

We enjoyed our stay at Fraser Meadow Ridge. There are two suggestions that I would like to make. First, there are 3 boy scouts in my family and not one could keep a fire going. They kept saying the flu was not open enough. There was also a plug for the fireplace which was a first for us. Maybe some directions on how to work the fireplace would be nice. The second thing is in this day and age we were so surprised there was no recycle bins. I saw recycle binds at the ski area so there must be recycling in the area. Maybe get the garbage people to add recycle. Thank you
